The Skit Competition, part of the ASISC Telangana Zone Cultural Competitions 2024, took place on Friday, October 25, at St. Joseph’s School, Malakpet, Hyderabad. The event showcased a vibrant celebration of theatre, featuring enthusiastic participation from schools across the state. Students presented their creative interpretations of social themes in both Junior and Senior categories.
The Junior Category, comprising students from Classes IX and X, explored the theme of “Social Media Influence.” Performances offered thought-provoking insights into how social media affects today's youth and society, highlighting both its benefits and drawbacks. The skits explored social media’s role in shaping personal identity, communication, and relationships in the modern digital age.
The Senior Category, featuring students from Classes XI and XII, delved into the theme of the “Generation Gap.” A mix of humor and emotion was employed to depict the challenges and joys of navigating different generational perspectives within families. The skits reflected the struggles and connections between younger and older generations, providing a heartfelt exploration of familial dynamics.

Junior Category: Sri Aurobindo International School and Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet emerged as the champions.
Senior Category: Nasr Girls' School claimed top honours.
