- On-the-spot Registrations: Allowed as per ASISC office instructions.
Conduction of the Competition
- Arrival and Registration: Participants arrived at 8:30 a.m. and were registered.
- Inaugural Ceremony: Included a prayer song, welcome address, and rules briefing.
- Topic Announcement: "Life with AI" announced at 9:25 a.m.
- Competition Time: Started at 9:30 a.m. and concluded at 1:30 p.m.
- Lunch: Provided to escort teachers and participants.
- Certificates: Issued to all participants.
- Vote of Thanks: Delivered by the Academic Support Head.
- Submission of Artwork: Drawings were submitted along with attendance sheets.
Conclusion
The event was a great success, showcasing students' artistic talents while promoting creativity and imagination.
